When tracking your order, please keep in mind that it may take at least 24 hours, possibly more for your order to post in our system. Once posted, we have to manually update each record as to the updated information. Because the majority of our tags are sent digitally via Email within 1-4 business days, many times you would have your order before we have had time to update the record.
If you have questions about your order, please use our Contact Form to get in touch with us. We will cheerfully respond as soon as possible. We also ask that you make certain your Email address is correct when you use the Contact Form as many times we answer your concerns but the mail is returned due to spelling errors or the wrong format such as a dot com when there should be a dot net. Please also make sure you check your Junk Mail or Spam Mail folder daily if you are expecting an Email from us as many times, it will be filtered out by your Firewall Manager or Mail Host which can be frustrating as your concerns are not addressed and we have no way of getting in touch with you other than you providing your correct address. Our Email address will also be given to you when you place an order. Please add it to your accepted list or Address Book.
