This price includes samples prior to final approval. Design work will be added to our graphic desiger's calendar and delivered  approximately 5-7 days estimated time from the date of confirmed payment. Typically your design may take a shorter period of time. However, we would rather have you surprised and happy than disappointed with delays. 

 Personalization or re-designs may take longer. There are no refunds or returns on custom designs. We will however promise to work with you until your goals are met.
